Denka first entered the special cement additives market in 1964 with “DENKA CSA”; an additive used for mitigating cracking in concrete. We have then since developed numerous other special cement additives; augmenting and improving upon the inherent properties of plain cement.

In order to expand our presence and to boost our product portfolio in the ASEAN region, Denka acquired a Malaysian construction chemicals company, Denka Construction Solutions Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (DCSM), which manufactures construction chemicals such as waterproofing and flooring materials; complementing Denka’s line of special cement additives. DCSM also serves as our manufacturing base, allowing Denka to expedite delivery to our customers in our covered regions.
