Profile and Introduction
C@nspecs Pte Ltd has established itself within a short period to become a reputable company in the building industry providing quality services to our diverse list of clientele which include developers, owners, consultants, government authorities and builders. We had and will continue to leverage on our strength of a dedicated pool of professionals and operate as a closely knit company. Our people are all team players who had contributed to the growth of our company in terms of teamwork and cooperation.
Our company believes in revitalising the construction industry with a comprehensive management, supervision and reporting system for quality and safe construction of buildings and structures. We endeavour to provide all our clients with excellent and reliable services in the management and supervision of all construction projects that we are involved in. This is reflected in our Mission Statement and our Quality Policy stated in our ISO 9001:2008 Certification which are stated below:
Mission Statement
To achieve engineering quality objectives in construction projects with quality assurance and quality control inspection, supervision and management with labour saving methods such as adoption of precast concrete solutions for efficient project delivery.
Quality Policy
We are committed to providing a quality assurance programme to meet applicable standards and client’s given needs. We deliver our services in a competitive and efficient manner with integrity of purpose. We endeavour to provide management services in relation to project brief, design and schedule ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with Specifications within the project budget.
