1. Agreement – Terms
All access to any area of Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society ("The Website") is governed by the terms and conditions below ("Terms"). If you do not accept any of these Terms, exit immediately. Continue only if you accept these Terms.
In these Terms, the words "we", "our", "us", and “Site” refer to the Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society Secretariat.
2. Rules of Conduct
While using the Site, you will comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Additionally, we expect users of the Site to respect the rights and dignity of others. Your use of the Site is conditioned on your compliance with the following rules of conduct.

Must not post anything that is or may be (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful, or intimidating; (b) defamatory; (c) fraudulent or tortious; (d) obscene, indecent, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable; or (e) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or any other proprietary right without the express prior consent of the owner of such right;

Use the Site to harvest or collect personally identifiable information about other users of the Site;

Impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation any representative of TUCSS; falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with the Site, or express or imply that we endorse any statement you make.

Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of, use of, or access to the Site.
3. Member Obligations
Each Member must act honestly, fairly, and reasonably in all matters connected with Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society. Without limiting this obligation, each Member:

Must promptly inform Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society if there are changes to details submitted in their membership application or Member Details;

Must not attempt to transfer or otherwise deal with any Member Benefit other than following the Membership Terms;

Must not abuse or misuse any Member Benefit or use it for any inappropriate, illegal, or unlawful activity

Must comply with any applicable acceptable use, rules of participation, or similar policy in place for using a Member Benefit

Must not engage in any behavior in communicating with another Member that could reasonably be interpreted as intended to bully, intimidate, or harass a person.

Must not in using a forum provided by Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society post content that could reasonably be interpreted to be defamatory, malicious, hate speech, threatening or pornographic, incite violence or contains nudity or graphic or gratuitous violence

Must not undertake any action that could damage the reputation of Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society

Must not make representations on behalf of Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society without prior approval in writing. For example, a Member must not organize an event in the name of Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society without prior written approval

Must promptly notify us of any discrepancies in their Membership Account and any case within three months after the relevant transaction; and
-
give us such information as we reasonably request (e.g., to assist us to verify eligibility for any Member Benefit).
4. Rules of Use & Intellectual Property Rights

Modification of any of the Contents or use of the Contents for any other purpose will be a violation of TUCSS's copyright and other intellectual property rights. Graphics and images on this Website are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or appropriated in any manner without the written permission of TUCSS. This includes all content from the Facebook group (TUCSS – Tunnelling and Underground Construction Society Singapore) and the Site.

Your username and password are for your personal use and not for use by any other person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may use to access the Site, and agree not to transfer your password or username, or lend or otherwise transfer our use of or access to the Site, to any third party.

You are required to sign up for TUCSS membership in to access certain Services or areas of the Site

You agree to immediately notify TUCSS of any unauthorized use of your password or username or any other breach of security related to your account or the Site and to ensure that you log off/ exit from your account with the Site (if applicable) at the end of each session. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with any of the foregoing obligations.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. TUCSS, in its sole discretion, may terminate your access to or use of the Site, at any time and for any reason, including if TUCSS believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of this Agreement. Upon any such termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. You agree that any termination of your access to or use of the Site may be effected without prior notice and that TUCSS may immediately deactivate or delete your password and user-name, and all related information and files associated with it, and/or bar any further access to such information or files. You agree that TUCSS shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Site or any such information or files, and shall not be required to make such information or files available to you after any such termination.
